.....Clay's moments of comfort and happiness...... .....these pictures have been taken over the past couple of years or so..... .....one of the many reasons I remain devouted to Clay are these moments.....
.....Clay checking out da Dingo's new horse.....
.....clockwise, Clay in New Mexico, grooming at the showers in Terlingua and sitting on our new deck outside Nine Points Mesa (Terlingua)..... .....of course Clay is now moved into his single wide mobile home and da Dingo and Pam (pictured below after she wallowed in the mud pit while Clay was working on it) sit more often on the deck enjoying those sunrises and sunsets.....
.....Clay and da Dingo are both MudMen and enjoy playing in lots of mud..... .....to the right is Clay in some real Georgia mud.....we both now have plenty of pure adobe clay to mess around in, build with and of course we both we happy to discover the dawg enjoyed it all as well.....there are mud pictures elsewhere within these pages, just click on the link here or on the main page....
.....these pics were taken on our land in Terlingua - Jake is Clay's pride and joy, a 16.2 hand painted pinto American Saddlebreed Stallion..... .....Jake is trained for versage but these days he spends much of his time just enjoying the new found freedom of having his own place to come and go in, oh yeah, he keeps Clay very busy with the usual horsesense.....Jake and the dawg (pictured below) have become best buddies and spend quite a bit of time together these days.....Jake is one of the gentlest stallions around, very smart and great with kids and other animals - he enjoys his trail rides.....
.....IT'S BEEN ROUGH for Clay, and the two of us, since he has moved down into the wildest most primitive part of the country.....Clay was accustomed to many comforts and conviences that most take for granted.....we both live without running water, have no electric (except for a small amount of solar), have to truck water in every two weeks for us and once amonth we haul 550 gallons of water for the horse, not to mention that the closest full service stores are 55 miles away.....Clay gave it all up so that he could simply have control of his Life and the freedom to live his life the way he wanted.....Clay will be the first to tell you that the greatest decision he made was to not give a damn about what anybody thought as to who he was and how he lived.....with that said and done, one can understand why I love this man very much AND although I am always looking, why we both remain very devouted to each other..... .....love, when unleashed, brings about many gifts we do not realize we have within ourselves.....
.....to the right, taken in his new home, one of Clay's private moments and pictured below are our motorcycles.....Clay drives a 2000 Suzuki Intruder, 1500cc and da Dingo is now driving a 2002 Honda Shadow ACE..... .....over the past year or so we both have put on thousands of miles on our bikes and have also put on several thousand miles in four wheeled vehicles to make the move from Georgia (Clay's former home).....we both travel over 1000 miles round trip to keep our doctor appointments every three months..... Clay's health has improved somewhat since moving out of Georgia.....
